Bio
Hey, I’m Martyna! I’ve been making music since I was eight — from piano to guitar, trumpet, and finally the ukulele, which completely changed everything for me.
In 2017, after working as a Camp America counselor in Wisconsin, I set off solo on a one-month tour of the US. Halfway through, I found myself in San Francisco with only $120 to my name — so I bought a ukulele for $60, and it literally saved my life! It was the best decision I ever made. With my background in guitar, I began playing and singing my way across the country — LA, Las Vegas, New York — and something amazing happened. I made money, was offered gigs, collaborations, even places to stay. And I made more friends, memories, and music connections than I ever dreamed possible.
That’s why I teach — to inspire others to fall in love with this wonderful instrument, explore their creativity, and discover the joy and freedom that music can bring. Just like it did for me!
