Customer OrdersWhen processing a customer order for a product online or in store, we may collect customer information including name and email address, and your shipping and billing address where applicable. We will ask you to provide this information online at our “checkout page”, or in store at the checkout before you finalize your purchase with payment.
This information may be used to contact customers with updates about the status of their order, the option to review your purchase and shopping experience, and to let you know about other relevant products and services that we offer.
This information is stored securely by our website provider Shopify, and our POS system VendHQ and Back-Office system Veeqo (see section 4.5 for details). A history of products ordered by each customer will be retained for our records. We also share some order information with Feefo, the leading customer reviews service who may contact you independently to review our service and your purchase. This order history is not shared with any other third parties, and customers can access their details and order history by logging into their account on our website, or by contacting us at info@schoolofuke.co.uk.
At any time customers can easily withdraw their consent and request the removal of all information held if required by contacting us at info@schoolofuke.co.uk.
Uncompleted PurchasesIf you have started to buy one of our products, but have not completed the purchase, you may have provided partial information, such as your email. In that case, we might send you an email to remind you about your interest. If you do not wish to receive further emails of this kind, we will give you a simple opportunity to opt-out within the email. Your privacy means a lot to us and we will stop sending you these communications right away if requested.
AccountsYou can sign up for an account on our website if you wish. This is great news for us because it confirms your interest in our store. It’s also great news for you because it makes your shopping experience swifter and more convenient. We will remember your customer information so that when you decide to buy our products, you do not have to provide all of your details over again - you just have to log-in.

Visitors to our physical store can also subscribe to our newsletters by entering their name and email details directly on our in-store mailing list.

Our online store - ShopifyWe use an external provider to run our store, Shopify. Shopify is based in the US and is a participant in the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and committed to providing best-in-class service and data protection. Online Payment - Paypal, Shopify, ZipOur online store is PCI-DSS compliant and we use the following accredited Payment Gateways Paypal, Shopify and Zip to process your credit card information. We do not keep any card payment details on file.
Order Processing and Shipping - Veeqo, VendHQ & Courier ServicesWe use third party back office solutions Veeqo and VendHQ to process your orders and to offer you the most competitive shipping rates available. To ensure swift and secure delivery of your purchase we also need to share your delivery information with third party courier and delivery services.
Online Reviews Service - FeefoWe use the online customer reviews service Feefo to collect reviews from our customers. Shortly after you make a purchase with us, Feefo will contact you independently to ask you about your shopping experience and purchase. Feefo are a more reliable and trusted source for product and service reviews, because they only collect reviews from genuine customers. Our Email Marketing Service - MailchimpOur EMS (email marketing service) Mailchimp may use tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of subscriber data relating to engagement (links clicked), geographic, demographics and already stored subscriber data. Third Party Services Located Outside the EUSome of the services we use are located outside the EU. The European Commission has made an "adequacy decision" with respect to the data protection laws of each of these countries. Transfers to each of these countries will be protected by appropriate safeguards, namely the use of standard data protection clauses adopted or approved by the European Commission.
